  • Janice Chan

    CEO

    Janice Chan is a Counselling Psychological Therapist specializing in post-trauma therapy and crisis intervention. Her clinical experience has included work with ex-offenders across the London Prisons, and work with asylum seekers, refugees and victims of trafficking, as well as non-Chinese ethnic women and girls in Hong Kong. She has developed and delivered education programmes on gender-based violence to the general public and to professionals, as well as therapeutic interventions to survivors. Publications have included collaborating with the City University of HK and the Chinese University to produce academic research on minority women/girls and gender-based violence, and co-authoring a toolkit for frontline professionals on strategies to engage ethnic minorities on issues of gender-based violence.

  • Jeremy Tam

    Chairman of the Board

    Jeremy Tam is Director of Worship Arts and Missional Justice for Watermark Community Church. He also sits on the board of directors for several private and non-profit organizations. Jeremy has 15 years of church/parachurch ministry experience; currently completing a Master of Divinity degree. He also has 5 years of legal experience, including being called to the Bar of Ontario, Canada, and one year of sex trafficking casework in India.

  • David Chen

    Board Member

    David Chen is a partner in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice, specializing in Performance Improvement IT Advisory. He has 17 years advisory experience with a focus on complex IT transformation programs. He has an executive MBA, a Master in Information Technology, a Computer Science Degree and a Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting and Finance. He is serving as a house church leader at Solomon's Porch Hong Kong.

  • Harold Viana

    Board Member

    Harold Viana has been an entrepreneur in missions for the last 28 years. Harold has been a missions leader in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Brazil, the United States, and Macau. He has been working in Hong Kong for 11 years and is currently chairman of the board of directors in Youth With A Mission Harbour City, a local charity.

  • Karen Ho

    Treasurer

    Karen Ho is a qualified ACA chartered accountant with experience as an auditor and as an accountant in the real estate industry. Her skills include in forecasting and budgeting, auditing, financial reporting as well as establishing process controls.
