Jeremy Tam is the Director of Worship Arts and Missional Justice for a church in Hong Kong, and is passionate about integrating Christian leadership with human rights and justice issues. Jeremy has over 18 years’ experience in church and parachurch leadership, as well as legal experience covering corporate, charity, human rights, and criminal matters, including casework on sex trafficking in India. He also serves on the board of directors for several organisations in both non-profit and business contexts.

Marieke Rode-Christoffersen is an advisor for the Norwegian Mission Society. Her work focuses on partnering with churches to show Christ’s love in action in East Asia. Her educational background is in international development and integral mission. She has worked with project management, training, teaching, coordination, administration and accounting with NGOs and churches in East Asia for more than two decades. She cares deeply about poverty alleviation, justice and children’s ministry.

Catherine Durant joined SDs Board in 2023 after previously serving as a volunteer on the Temple Street outreach and in the office. She qualified as a lawyer in the U.K. in 2014 with a career focus on advising non-profits. She moved to HK in 2019 as her husband was called to pastor a church here, and happily serves alongside him. She currently works in operations in the NGO sector and is the mother to two children adopted from Hong Kong foster care.

Cybil Chan is a Senior Legal Counsel at a Chinese multinational technology company. She qualified as a lawyer in HK in 2012 and has a wide range of corporate and M&A experience, including knowledge in corporate governance and other legal and compliance matters. She is responsible for employment law and equity incentive plans in her job. Cybil is also involved in various prayer, children, elderly, and evangelistic ministries.

David Chen is a partner in a major international consulting firm in Advisory Practice, specialising in Performance Improvement IT Advisory. He has 17 years advisory experience with a focus on complex IT transformation programs. He has an executive MBA, a Master in Information Technology, a Computer Science Degree and a Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting and Finance.
