Outreach & Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
Sons & Daughters exists to bring hope and restoration to individuals affected by sexual exploitation and trafficking. We are a faith-based Christian NGO committed to outreach, prevention, and holistic care. We are seeking a passionate Christian fresh graduate who desires to grow in ministry, community engagement, and NGO operations. Full training and mentoring will be provided.
Reporting To: Program Manager and/or CEO
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Outreach Support
• Participate in weekly street outreaches (once a week, including one late-night outreach per month).
• Support Program Manager and outreach leaders in preparing and coordinating outreach activities.
• Assist with training and onboarding outreach volunteers (training provided).
• Maintain accurate outreach records (contacts, interactions, gifts distributed, prayers, etc.).
• Support hosting of info sessions throughout the year (4–6 times).
• Assist in identifying and referring emergency or crisis cases under supervision.
2. Volunteer Engagement
• Help recruit, schedule, and communicate with volunteers.
• Support volunteer gatherings and the annual volunteer appreciation event.
• Prepare simple volunteer update emails and announcements.
• Conduct the annual volunteer survey and summarise results for the CEO.
• Help connect volunteers with internal support resources when needed.
3. Youth & Community Awareness
•Support school visits and youth programs to raise awareness about exploitation issues.
• Assist volunteers in creating basic promotional materials (posters, flyers, Canva designs).
• Help coordinate church partnerships, outreach presentations, and community events.
• Recruit student volunteers and ambassadors. Manage student ambassadors to lead fundraising sales and events.
4. Fundraising Sales (Seasonal – Mainly Christmas, With Volunteer Support)
• Support fundraising sales activities primarily during the Christmas season (peak period).
• Work closely with high-school volunteers, guiding and coordinating them at pop-up sales and booth events.
• Assist with simple tasks such as booth setup, product packing/display, and cash handling.
• Help with simple inventory checks and online/offline order packing during the season.
• Assist the design instructor and CEO in preparing products for the Christmas sales period.
• Collect basic customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Submit receipts and basic paperwork to the finance team (training provided).
5. Social Media Support (LinkedIn & Instagram)
• Assist in managing Sons & Daughters’ LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.

• Coordinate with student volunteers to create simple content (photos, captions, stories).
• Help schedule posts, share outreach updates, and highlight volunteer activities.
• Monitor engagement (comments, messages) with guidance from the team.
• Gather stories and event updates while maintaining strict confidentiality.
6. Operations & Administrative Support
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment at Promise House.
• Support website updates and respond to general inquiry emails.
• Assist in preparing simple content and materials for learning or skills-training programs.
• Help liaise with partner NGOs and community groups.
• Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the CEO or Operations Director.
• Comply with all Sons & Daughters’ policies, including spiritual, financial, and confidentiality guidelines.
Skills
Required:
• Mature Christian faith, aligned with the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds, and active involvement in a local church (pastoral reference required).
• A heart for serving vulnerable communities and alignment with Sons & Daughters’ mission.
• Warm, respectful interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with diverse groups.
• Responsible, reliable, emotionally mature, and able to handle confidential information.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Strong attention to detail in admin, planning, and record-keeping.
Desired:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Interest or basic understanding of exploitation issues (training provided).

Salary & benefit: HKD 17,000-20,000, MPF, medical insurance provided
